At Grappling Smashy, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make the process smooth and fair.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

Items that show signs of wear, washing, training use, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.

📦 Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange an item, we offer easy exchanges.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue was our error).

• Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll ship out the replacement.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Mouthguards

• Protective gear used for sparring

• Undergarments

• Clearance or final-sale items

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Wrong item sent

• Defective product

• Damaged on arrival

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
